Restaurant Review: Nihon Boshi

SUSHI

The real sushi! I meant there's a chef made the sushi in front of you. Fresh ingredient.

Another random outing with Matt, Romayne and Eiko. It was my first sushi after I arrived Japan for one month. Took the Free Night Go bus which only took us about 20 minutes to the Kutchan town.I've been wanted to try this restaurant quite some time. Everyone in the staff house said thumbs up! How could I resist from yummy food?

Eiko said when you ordered sushi plate, the first sushi you must or have to start with eating the egg. I also have no idea how is it has to be this way. All I could say is... YOKOSO JAPAN. Accpet the culture.

Sashimi plate

The portion was so big. I just forced myself to finish them all. Salmon was my all time fave!Raw prawn, I never know it taste so delicious... you guys should definately TRY!

FUUUUUUUU.....that 2 plate I was sharing with Eiko and my total spending is JPY2000! unbelievable right?

We then only realized that missed the bus and have no choice to wait for the next bus to come in another one hour. Just randomly walked into a pub - Boroya @ Kutchan.
